The Brazilian Army, through the Materiel Directorate of the Logistics Command (C Mat/COLOG), in compliance with the RFP/RFT-COLOG nº 01/2023, of August 16th 2023, informs that the analysis of the Best And Final Offers (BAFO) of the shortlist’s companies has ended on April 25th 2024.
The final ranking defined by the Brazilian Army is as follows:
- 1st Place – VBC OAP 155 mm SR “Atmos” – Company “Elbit Systems Land Ltd”;
- 2nd Place – VBC OAP 155 mm SR “Zuzana 2” – Company “Excalibur International a.s.”;
- 3rd Place – VBC OAP 155 mm SR “Caesar” – Company “KNDS France”; and
- 4th Place – VBC OAP 155 mm SR “SH15” – Company “China North Industries Corporation (NORINCO)”.
All companies selected on the shortlist will receive, via official email, the total points obtained in each of the four areas analyzed: Technical; Commercial; Initial/Integrated Logistics Support (ILS); and Offset.
The company first placed in the ranking is invited to sign the initial contract for delivering the Sample Batch, on May 7th 2024, at 1:30 pm (Brasília-DF Local Time – UTC -3), an activity that will take place in C Mat/COLOG, at the following address: Brazilian Army Headquarters, Block C, 1st Floor, Brasília-DF, Brazil, Zip Code 70.630-901.
